Continuing Education
Wastewater industry professionals are mandated to meet certain continuing education requirements in order to keep their certification current.
We make it easy for busy professionals to meet this requirement by hosting educational events at a variety of locations throughout the year.

Annual Requirements
| Grade Level II Installer | 3 Hours |
| Grade Level IV Installer | 6 hours |
| Subsurface Operator | 6 Hours |
| Firm Permit (Pumper) | 4 Hours |
| Land Application Site | 3 Hours |
| Point of Sale Inspector | 6 Hours |
| Combination Installer (Any Grade Level) and Point of Sale Inspector | 6 Hours |
| REHS | 15 Hours |
| Evaluator | 12 Hours |

Continuing Education hours available at the NCSTA 36th Annual Convention 1/29/26 Hickory NC. Get your hours early and best price offered anywhere. Registration at the door will be available but not at pre-registration price.
Installers and Inspectors
Continuing education classes are designed to maintain current certifications. If you are interested in a NEW CERTIFICATION as an installer or inspector, you will need to take a separate class.
